1. Who are we?

Gennaro De Schrijver | Tattoo's & Coaching is responsible for the processing of personal data as shown in this privacy statement.

2. What data do we process?

We process your personal data because you use our services. Below is an overview:

  • First and last name, address, phone number, email address.

  • Special personal data (Tattoo): Health data that is necessary for a safe tattoo session (such as allergies, medication use, pregnancy). These are only processed after your explicit written consent in the studio.

  • Images & Testimonials: Photos and videos of both the process and the final result. Additionally, we process written or filmed reviews (testimonials) in which your experiences are shared.

  • Data about your activities on our website (cookies, IP address).

3. Why do we need this data?

  • To process your payment.

  • To be able to call or email you if necessary for our services.

  • To deliver goods and services to you (digital products).

  • Marketing & Portfolio: To showcase our work and customer experiences on our website and social media. (Note: You can always indicate if you do not want to be recognizable in the image).

  • Legal obligation: For our accounting and the hygiene guidelines of the Federal Public Service Health.

4. How long do we keep data? 

We do not keep your data longer than strictly necessary.

  • Customer files & Consent forms: These will be kept for 5 years in accordance with our internal rules and then destroyed.

  • Billing information: 7 years (legal obligation of the Tax Authority).

  • Image material: Photos and testimonials will remain in our portfolio as long as they are relevant to our business operations, unless you request removal.

5. Sharing with third parties 

We never sell your data to third parties. We only share data if necessary for the execution of our agreement (e.g., the accountant or IT service provider) or to comply with a legal obligation.

6. Accessing, modifying, or deleting data 

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can send a request for access to gennaro@gennarodeschrijver.be. We will respond as soon as possible, but within four weeks, to your request.
